We ship our products Australia-wide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
