Terms and Conditions of Sale for Soul Collection Kit
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the Soul Collection Kit by Two Souls Co. to the purchaser. By purchasing the Product, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Product Description The Soul Collection Kit is designed for collection and storage (cold) of deceased early gestation babies. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Product’s specifications and contents without prior notice.
3. Ordering Orders can be placed through www.twosoulsco.com.au or direct via email at [email protected]. All orders are subject to availability. The Seller will confirm the order via email, detailing the purchased items and any applicable shipping costs.
4. Pricing Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. All prices exclude taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
5. Payment Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include Direct Debit, Credit card and Paypal. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate payment information.
6. Shipping and Delivery The Seller will ship the Product to the address provided by the Buyer. Estimated delivery times are for Express – next day delivery (for orders made prior to 12 Midday), or Parcel Post 2-4 business days, but delays may occur. The Seller is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of the Product, all sales are final. The Buyer may request a return within 48 hours if the Product is defective or damaged upon receipt. The Buyer must provide proof of damage and return the Product in its original packaging.
8. Limitation of Liability The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
9. Disclaimers The Soul Collection Kit is intended for collection and storage (cold) of deceased early gestation babies. The Seller makes no warranties regarding the effectiveness or results of using the Product. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for its use.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brisbane, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Brisbane, Australia.
11. Changes to Terms The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
